Frequently asked questions of Hoteles Garbí

Is the Wi-Fi free?

Wi-Fi access is free, both in the common areas as in the rooms of the hotels GRAN GARBI ****, GRAN GARBI MAR ****, GARBI PARK ****, GARBI MIL·LENNI ****, GARBI COSTA LUZ **** and GARBI CALA MILLOR ****.

At HOTEL GARBI (or VILLA GARBI) *** access is free in public areas, but for payment in the rooms. Cost approx. 5 € for 24 hours or 20 € per week.

Do the hotels have parking?

The hotels of Lloret de Mar, GRAN GARBI ****, GRAN GARBI MAR ****, GARBI PARK **** and GARBI (or VILLA GARBI) *** share the same private parking which is exterior, unguarded and free of charge. Spaces are limited and the possibility of parking depends on availability upon arrival. The HOTEL GARBI PARK **** also has several parking spaces in a nearby municipal underground car parking. Places are also limited and cost 10 € per day.

The HOTEL GARBI MIL·LENNI **** in Barcelona does not have its own parking, but an agreement with a nearby parking with reduced rates for customers. Parking costs about 28 € per day. 

In the HOTEL GARBI COSTA LUZ **** of Conil de la Frontera there are a few private covered parking places. They are limited and subject to availability upon arrival. They cost 10 € per day. As it is a residential area, there is usually free parking in the surrounding streets.

The HOTEL GARBI CALA MILLOR **** in Mallorca does not have private parking, but as it is a residential area, you can park for free in the surrounding streets. 

Can I book parking spaces in advance?

No. In none of our hotels parking spaces can be booked in advance. The possibility of parking depends on availability on arrival.

Can I go to the Aquasplash if I stay at any of the Garbí Hotels?

Access is free for clients of any of our hotels of Lloret de Mar, i.e. GRAN GARBI ****, GRAN GARBI MAR ****, GARBI PARK **** and GARBI (or VILLA GARBI) ***.

When is the Aquasplash open?

The water park is open from the end of May until mid-September, if the weather is ok. This year it will be from 23.05.20 till 13.09.20. Opening hours are from 10:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Sunday. 

How far away is the water park from the hotels?

The Aquasplash is located next to the HOTEL GRAN GARBI MAR ****, 50 meters from the HOTEL GRAN GARBI **** and about 300 meters from the hotels GARBI PARK **** and GARBI ***.

Are there any age or height restrictions?

There is no age restriction to access the park. There is a play area for young children. To be able to use the highest slides, a minimum height of 110 cm is required. Children must be accompanied by an adult to access the Aquasplash.

Can people who are not staying at the Hoteles Garbí go to the water park?

No. For security reasons the entrance is restricted exclusively to people staying in the hotels GRAN GARBI ****, GRAN GARBI MAR ****, GARBI PARK **** and GARBI (or VILLA GARBI) ***.

Can I choose the view or the location of my room?

Requests can be made and we will gladly try to satisfy them, but in no case can they be considered as final confirmations and will depend on availability on arrival. Requests can be made at the time of booking or by sending an email to reservas@hotelesgarbi.com

What type of beds are in the rooms?

At the HOTEL GRAN GARBI **** most rooms have single beds. Some rooms have 2 double beds of 135 cm. 

At the HOTEL GRAN GARBI MAR **** most rooms have single beds and very few have a double bed. 

At the HOTEL GARBI PARK **** most rooms have single beds. A few have 2 double beds of 135 cm. 

At the HOTEL GARBI (or VILLA GARBI) *** all rooms have single beds. 

At the HOTEL GARBI MIL·LENNI **** there are rooms with single beds and rooms with double beds. 

At the HOTEL GARBI COSTA LUZ **** all rooms have 2 double beds of 135 cm. to accommodate up to 4 people. There are no extra beds. 

At the HOTEL GARBI CALA MILLOR **** the rooms have 2 single beds and a sofa bed for extra people. In all cases requests can be made and we will gladly try to satisfy them, but in no case can they be considered as final confirmations and will depend on availability on arrival. 

Can I request a baby cot?

Yes. For children up to 2 years old. They are free of charge. 

Are there adapted rooms for people with reduced mobility?

The HOTEL GRAN GARBI ****, the HOTEL GARBI MIL·LENNI ****, the HOTEL GARBI COSTA LUZ **** and the HOTEL GARBI CALA MILLOR **** have some adapted rooms for people with reduced mobility.

What time can I enter the room and when should I leave it?

At the hotels GRAN GARBI ****, GRAN GARBI MAR ****, GARBI PARK **** and GARBI ***, the check-in is at 13:00 and check-out at 10:00.

At the HOTEL GARBI MIL·LENNI, the check-in is at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00.

At the HOTEL GARBI COSTA LUZ, the check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00.

At the HOTEL GARBI CALA MILLOR, the check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 11:00.

Are all meals in buffet form?

Yes. In all our hotels, all meals available in the restaurants are in buffet form. 

Are there specific products for people with gluten intolerance?

As all meals are in buffet form, there is plenty of variety to choose from. In all hotels there are products marked as "gluten-free", but if you have any questions you can ask the restaurant staff. 

What are the restaurant hours?

The opening hours are generic and can be changed by the management of each of the hotels.

At the check-in on arrival you will receive a card with the specific information for the restaurant.

If I have half board, can I exchange dinner for lunch?

Half board includes breakfast and dinner. 

At the hotels in Lloret de Mar you can ask at the reception to change your dinner for lunch. 

At hotel GARBI COSTA LUZ **** you can’t change because at noon there is no meal service. 

In the HOTEL GARBI CALA MILLOR **** you can also change. You can ask for it at the reception. 

Hotel GARBI MIL·LENNI **** only offers breakfast. 

What service does full board start with?

At hotels that offer full board, the first service is normally dinner on the day of arrival and ends with lunch on the day of departure. You can also change and start with lunch and end with breakfast. Just ask for it at the front desk when you arrive. 

Are drinks included?

Drinks are generally not included in meals and must be paid directly at the restaurant. In case of any type of package that includes the drinks, it will be clearly specified in the booking confirmation. 

If you booked the All Inclusive regime, drinks are included at no additional cost. 

Can I stay in one of the hotels and go to the dining room of other hotels?

No. You will have your meals at the same hotel where the accommodation is booked. Guests of HOTEL GRAN GARBI MAR **** do not have lunch and dinner service at their hotel. In case of booking half board or full board, these guests will have lunch and dinner at the HOTEL GRAN GARBI **** (50 meters away).

Is there animation for adults throughout the season?

In the hotels GRAN GARBI ****, GARBI PARK ****, GARBI COSTA LUZ **** and GARBI CALA MILLOR **** there is both day and evening entertainment for adults throughout the season. During the day there are sports and leisure activities. In the evening there are shows, music, dancing... 

Customers of the hotels GRAN GARBI MAR **** and GARBI (or VILLA GARBI) *** can access the activities of the other Garbí hotels in Lloret de Mar.

Is there entertainment and Mini Club for kids?

Yes. At the hotels GRAN GARBI ****, GARBI COSTA LUZ **** and GARBI CALA MILLOR ****. 

The service starts at the end of June and ends mid-September. Guests of the other hotels in Lloret de Mar have access to the children's entertainment of the HOTEL GRAN GARBI ****. 

Is there an age limit for the Mini Club?

Children must be between 3 and 12 years old to access mini clubs.

Can I take my children to the Mini Club if I stay at any of the Hoteles Garbí?

Yes. Children staying in the hotels GRAN GARBI MAR ****, GARBI PARK **** and GARBI *** can access the Mini Club of the HOTEL GRAN GARBI ****. An adult is required to accompany them to go there and to pick them up.

Do the pools have opening hours?

Yes. The swimming pools, both outdoor and indoor, can normally be used from 10:00 until 19:00 h.

The management of each of the establishments can modify these hours depending on the circumstances. 

Are the indoor pools always open?

No. The indoor pools of the hotels GRAN GARBI ****, GARBI COSTA LUZ **** and GARBI CALA MILLOR **** are closed during the summer, from June till mid-September. 

Is the access to indoor pools free of charge?

Yes. Access is free of charge in all hotels. 

Guests staying in the hotel GRAN GARBI MAR **** and GARBI *** which do not have an indoor pool, will be able to use those of the other Hoteles Garbí in Lloret de Mar.

Can children access the indoor pools?

Yes, but they must always be accompanied by an adult. 

Do I have to wear a swimming cap and glasses?

Although it is not mandatory, we advise the use of them. 

Are sauna and jacuzzi services free of charge?

At the HOTEL GARBI MIL·LENNI **** in Barcelona, both the outdoor jacuzzi (open only in summer) as the interior jacuzzi and sauna are free of charge but it is necessary to book at the reception. 

At the HOTEL GARBI CALA MILLOR **** the sauna service costs approx. 10 €. Reservations must be made at the front desk. 

All other hotels do not have these services.

How do I get to the hotels by car?

On our website, at the section "Location" of each of the hotels, there is a route calculator that will allow you to indicate the place of departure and look for the best road option. 

Is there an airport shuttle service to the hotels?

No. In none of the hotels we have a shuttle service to or from the airports. There are options to hire private online transport services, but these services are not from the hotels. 

Where can I find information about public transport to the hotel?

All our hotels are accessible by taxi or public transport. On the websites of the corresponding airports you will find information regarding the taxi, bus, train and / or metro options.

How will I receive the booking confirmation?

If you book on our website, you will receive the confirmation immediately at the e-mail address provided.

If the reservation is made through any other means, the agency or website where you booked will send you the confirmation. 

What can I do if I have not received or have lost my booking confirmation?

If you haven’t received a confirmation from our online system, it might have gone to the spam folder. If this is not the case you can request a new confirmation using the e-mail reservas@hotelesgarbi.com or by calling 00 34 972 368 931. If the reservation has been made through any other means, you can contact the agency or website where you booked and ask to send you a new confirmation. 

How can I cancel or modify a reservation?

If you have made a reservation on our website, in the section "My booking" you can manage both modifications and cancellations. For any questions you can contact by e-mail reservas@hotelesgarbi.com or by calling 00 34 972 368 931. If the reservation has been made through any other means, you should contact the agency or website where you booked and ask for a modification or cancellation. In their confirmation email should be explained how to do it. 

Can I make an online reservation without a credit card?

To make the reservation on our website it is necessary to enter the details of a credit card. If you do not have a credit card you can contact our booking department by calling 00 34 972 368 931 and look at the possibility to do the payment by bank transfer.
