Regulations of the Garbí Aquasplash water park

The Garbí Aquasplash water park is for the use of the clients of the Hotel Gran Garbí Mar, Hotel Gran Garbí, Hotel Garbí Park and Hotel Villa Garbí.
The water park Garbí Aquasplash is for families and individual customers. Customers who come with a youth travel organization (for example at the Hotel Villa Garbí) do not have access to the water park.
You can only access the park by wearing the appropriate wristband that is provided at the hotel reception, and must be shown when required.
Entrance to people outside the Garbí Hotels is not allowed.
Minimum height of 1.10 meters to be able to use the slides and the whirlpool.
Only the clients of the Hotel Gran Garbí Mar can enjoy the All Inclusive service at the water park. For customers of other hotels that have contracted the All Inclusive service, this will be provided in the hotel bar where the client is staying.
It is not allowed to reserve sunbeds, placing a towel.
Only swimwear is allowed in the pools.
Minors always have to be supervised by adults who accompany them.
It is forbidden to play with the ball.
It is necessary to know how to swim and enjoy good physical and mental condition.
The company has the right not to operate any installation in case of repair or if it thinks that it can not ensure the safety of the customers at any precise moment.
You have to comply with the rules, use the facilities in the proper way and pay attention to the lifeguards. Otherwise, the lifeguard or the company may prohibit access.
